Our commitment to personalised tutoring means we don’t publish lists of tutors on our website. We carefully match each student with the most suitable tutor based on their unique needs, goals, and learning style. The bond between a tutor and student is crucial to the learning process. If you find that your tutor isn’t the right fit for any reason, don’t hesitate to contact your area advisor. They will promptly address the issue and work to find a resolution or a more suitable replacement, ensuring your satisfaction with the tutoring experience.

As part of our robust safeguarding process, we ensure that our tutors all have a current enhanced DBS certificate. We seek professional references and check every tutor’s qualifications. 

Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged in full. Tutors make every effort to be flexible and rearrange lessons whenever possible.
